ABOUT THE MENU
DOES THE CAPITAL BURGER OFFER VEGETARIAN DISHES?
We want every guest at The Capital Burger to feel welcome. We offer several items for vegetarians, including a house-made vegetarian burger as well as a variety of salads. Please ask your server for information about our vegetarian offerings.
DOES THE CAPITAL BURGER HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OFFERINGS?
All of our burgers, grilled chicken sandwich and vegetarian burger can be served with a gluten-free bun. We are happy to provide you with those offerings at the restaurant upon request. Our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment, however, so it is possible these menu items could come into contact with gluten during preparation. If you’re highly sensitive to gluten, please let your server know.

WHAT ARE THE SIGNATURE MENU ITEMS AT THE CAPITAL BURGER?
The Capital Burger specializes in luxe burgers, sea salt french fries, house-made pickles and hand-spun milkshakes. In partnership with Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, The Capital Burger created a proprietary burger blend that is distinctive and memorable. While burgers are our specialty, we also offer a variety of equally appealing options, including our Maine Lobster Roll, Southern-Style Fried Chicken Sandwich and, for a sweet finish, our Signature Mason Jar Cheesecake.
DOES THE CAPITAL BURGER HAVE A FULL BAR?
With a strong emphasis on friendly, professional service, the bar will offer wine, spirits, cocktails and beers in a lively, attractive setting. We are especially enthusiastic about our wine list, offering more than 20 wines by the glass. Our signature Stoli Doli is a highlight on our menu of classic and specialty cocktails. We also feature local breweries in our selection of beers on tap and by the bottle.

Buying a gift card to pay someone?
There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card. Darden Restaurants is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card. If anyone insists you pay with gift cards, decline the offer and report the incident to the NYS Division of Consumer Protection at 800-697-1220 (if NY Resident) or report it to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days and mailed via your chosen method
